Cancellations Policies
Hotel Cancellation Policy
We are a small business, and late cancellations or no-shows significantly impact our operations. Therefore, we kindly request guests to review and adhere to our cancellation policy outlined below:
STANDARD RATE Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- 15+ Days Prior to Check-in: No cancellation fees apply. Guests are entitled to a full refund of the total booking amount.
- Within 14 Days, but Before 7 Days of Check-in: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be granted.
- Within 7 Days of Check-in:
- Cancellations or Modifications:No refunds will be provided. The full cost of the booking will be charged.
- No Shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged with no exceptions.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE Cancellation Policy:
Reservation Terms: All reservations made under the non-refundable rate plan are final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Payment: Full payment for the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
No Refunds: In the event of cancellation, no-shows, or early departures, the full amount of the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Changes to Booking: Any request for changes to the reservation, including date modifications or reductions in length of stay, will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the terms outlined above.
Special Exceptions: The hotel may, at its discretion, consider partial refunds or rescheduling requests in cases of verified emergencies. Supporting documentation may be required based on availability.
Agreement: By confirming your reservation under the non-refundable rate, you agree to the terms of this policy.
